If Lao Tzu says, “Music in the soul can be heard by the universe”, then the vibrant music of Mesa reaches the stars. Mesa is a powerfully engaging vocalist/pianist whose Maine roots compliment her longtime discipline in classical piano, and her immersion since birth in traditional music and songs. Through her musical journey you may be treated to a sultry “Nearness of You” by Hoagy Carmichael, a meditative Scriabin prelude or an achingly beautiful interpretation of Stevie Nicks’, “Landslide”. Whether in intimate harmony with her sisters, or performing for hundreds on the concert stage, Mesa’s music is always heartfelt and captivating. As a recent piano performance degree graduate, Mesa is making her debut; sharing her unique and passionate brand of music.
